You'll actually learn the craft
You'll get hands-on with truss, mixers, and lighting rigs alongside DJs and techs at weddings and formals with 500+ guests.
Room to grow
You'll start with the basics, and as you get comfortable with the gear and the flow, we'll hand you more — running a booth, leading a setup.
A crew that feels like a team
You'll usually work with the same 8-12 people, so you get to know each other instead of showing up to a different group every time.
