How far in advance should we book?+
Popular wedding dates can fill up quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible. That said, if your date is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to check with us. We may still have availability!
Do you travel outside of Michigan?+
Absolutely! While Michigan is home, we travel throughout the country and beyond for weddings and events. For destination and out-of-state celebrations, we can also typically help coordinate production locally, making it easier to bring the Amped experience wherever you’re celebrating.
Do you specialize in South Asian and multicultural weddings?+
Yes! We have extensive experience with South Asian and multicultural weddings and understand how to bring different cultures, generations, and music styles together. Every wedding is customized around you, your music taste, and your guests.
Can you DJ multiple events throughout our wedding weekend?+
Absolutely! From pre-wedding celebrations and Sangeets to Baraats, ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions, we can provide entertainment and production throughout your entire wedding weekend.
Can we customize our package?+
Of course! Every wedding is different, so our packages can be customized around your venue, guest count, vision, and priorities. Whether you’re looking for a clean DJ setup or a full production experience, we’ll help build the right package for your celebration.
Do you take song requests?+
Definitely! We’ll work with you beforehand to understand your must-plays, do-not-plays, favorite artists, and overall music taste. During the event, we also read the room and adjust throughout the night to keep the dance floor moving.
What production and special effects do you offer?+
We offer a variety of production options including intelligent lighting, wireless uplighting, cold sparks, dancing on the clouds, haze, and enhanced sound systems. We can help recommend the right setup based on your venue, guest count, and vision.
Do you create custom mixes for entrances or performances?+
Yes! We can create custom edits and mixes for entrances, first dances, performances, and other special moments throughout your wedding.
Do you coordinate with our planner and other vendors?+
Absolutely. We’re happy to work directly with your planner, venue, photographer, videographer, and other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page leading up to your wedding day.
What is required to reserve our date?+
